Auro 267 Floor Varnish offers a natural, non-toxic alternative to standard floor varnishes. This gentle, water-thinnable floor varnish is specially formulated to minimise emissions without compromising on performance, providing a superb, durable finish with none of the harsh smells of conventional varnishes.

This natural floor varnish is eco friendly and non toxic, and is water thinnable and totally solvent free. With a stunning silk finish that doesn’t darken wood like a lot of traditional oil based floor varnishes. Auro 267 Floor Varnish is dust dry in six to nine hours and re-coatable after 12-24 hours depending on the humidity of your location, so we would suggest to avoid exposure to excessive moisture for the first two weeks. Auro floor varnish 267 gives a fantastic finish without harsh chemicals or additives.
This natural varnish is medium gloss and solvent free, and a made from a stable, consistent ecological selection of raw materials. Best used for interior wooden floors with normal wear and tear, we always recommend applying at least 2 coats. This wax is safe for toys, as well as saliva and sweat resistant, making it perfect for use in even the most sensitive environments.
This varnish is best applied by short haired varnish roller. This product is thinned ready for use, but can be thinned up to a max of 20% with water. We suggest using Auro vegetable soap 411 to clean your tools after use.
We would strongly suggest that you should use Auro 127 and Auro 117 primers depending on the wood type as this varnish needs a primer for correct finish. When any kind of varnish is applied to wood it can affect the final colour due to absorption and other factors and using a varnish will help mitigate this.
We strongly suggest trying a tester pot to guarantee the finish is to your satisfaction before purchase of larger tin. It’s best to clean floors treated with Auro 267 with Auro 427 Natural Floor Cleaner. Depending on wood type, can affect the final colour – without using the primer we cannot guarantee a transparent finish.
